Build the Coaching Skills That Transform Organizations

A six-month, workshop and practice-based program that develops the coaching capabilities of HR professionals and leaders. Aligned with ICF coaching content and ethics, and accredited for 33 credit hours toward ACC or PCC certification.

When Leaders Coach, Organizations Change

The most effective leaders are not just decision-makers. They are developers of people. When leaders and HR professionals bring genuine coaching skills into their work, they unlock performance, accelerate development, and build cultures where people do their best thinking.

Coaching for Leaders is a six-month, immersive program designed for HR professionals and leaders who want to move beyond surface-level listening and into the rigorous, evidence-based practice of professional coaching. Participants develop the skills, frameworks, and habits of a skilled coach and leave with capabilities they can apply immediately.

The program is fully aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching content and ethics, and accounts for 33 credit hours toward ACC or PCC accreditation, making it a meaningful step for those pursuing professional coaching credentials.
