Corinne Mason is an executive coach and leadership advisor with more than 35 years of experience helping leaders navigate growth, transition, and organizational complexity. She is the founder of New Path Consulting, LLC, based in Cedar Park and Austin, Texas.

Her work spans executive coaching for individual CEOs and senior leaders, executive team effectiveness, coaching for women in leadership, first-time CEO coaching, and equine assisted executive coaching — a distinctive methodology she has developed and refined over many years of practice.
